Day 9

Food

7:00 - pumpkin protein muffin, .5C almond milk, 1C oatmeal crisp

9:00 - .5 banana, 1scoop chocolate truffle protein shake in water

11:00 - 2 Korean walnut cakes

12:30 - Uno quesadilla, dos pupusas (uno con queso & uno con frijoles)
(treat)

4:30 - 15 cashews

6:30 - 1C Turkey & Bean chili (see recipe)
(I used lean beef instead of turkey)

7:10 - 1 hour bootcamp
