Day 3

Didnt weigh myself this morning!

Rest day for exercise

8:00 - low sugar apple oatmeal & mandarin orange

11:00 - 1 C mixed fruit

1:00 - .5 banana & protein powder in water

2:30 - boiled egg, 1C carrots & cucumbers w/2T hummus

4:00 - .5C unsweetened applesauce, .5 C yogurt

5:00 - 4oz lean steak & baked potato 1T light ranch

10:00 - 1C strawberries, 20 almonds


crazy day eating cause i forgot my lunch at home.
