5lbs!

I've lost 5 lbs! I had really gotten off track. I didnt even realize it. I would cheat here and there but it was becoming more and more often and I didnt even realize how much cheating I was doing. Sundays are my free day where I can eat whatever I want and I wasnt even looking forward to Sundays because I was cheating so much through the week.

So I have gone back to my old ways. I had to go back to writing down EVERYTHING I eat. I thought that I didnt need to because I knew what I could and couldn't eat and how much fat it was. Well, that's true BUT I was eating extra stuff. PLUS I went back to drinking coffee. I blame my friend Maria! lol She complained that no one would drink coffee with her. Well I just drink tea now in a covered mug and she thinks it's coffee LOL Sorry Maria, I love you! Also have been drinking 2 things of water a day that are 4cups of water each. So between that and the tea I should be really flushing my system.

I also had gotten off track with my exercising. I would make up excuses, "I got up too late," or "It's too hot." This week I exercised every week. And if I got up too late I would do it after work.

So I weighed myself yesterday and lost 5lbs!

I had been stuck between 5lbs, going up and going down. Well now I have blown that 5lbs away and am below it! According to my Biggest Loser scale I lost 9% body fat. YAY! GO ME!!!!
