This is why...
Size Large!
Every year at work we get to buy new uniforms. They bring in 2 big totes of different sizes for us to try on to order. Last year I bought size XXL. This year I tried on an XL and it was too big! So I tried on a L and guess what! It fit!!! I was so excited! I could NOT believe it! WOOHOO!!!!

Goodbye 20lbs!
Do you see my weight loss ticker over there???? ~~~~~~~~~~) What does it say? 20lbs! I have lost 20lbs! I don't think I have EVER lost 20lbs! After 10 or so I give up cause I hit a plateau. Well this time I didnt give up! Eventhough i wasnt losing I kept eating right and exercising. There was a week or 2 I got off track but I got back on and that's the important part! I have been overweight ALL my life! I thought I was big in highschool but I gained 90lbs after highschool! Holy crap! The last 30 was just since last Sept. So in January I decided to do something about it and here I am 20lbs lighter! I lost an end table! It's like I was carrying around an end table or a 1 year old. And Im not stopping!
I have tried Curves, Atkins, Weight Watchers, The Zone, and numerous other diets. Well it's plan and simple. If you dont want to be fat, don't eat fat! Ever since I read the Body For Life book it gave me the motivation I needed! And now I follow Jillian Michael's and it's all working!

Upcoming dates to lose weight for - My friend Cheryl's wedding July 10. 4 weeks away. I want to lose another pants size by then!

2lbs
As I step on the scale today, it tells me I've lost 2lbs! YAY! My weightloss is going again! Im back on track. I had one off day but I got right back on track the next morning. Ive exercised every day (but today but I still have time)
So since I started in January I have lost 18.4lbs and it feels GREAT!

Low Fat Shrimp Dish
I made this last night for supper. It was good! (Picture to come)
LOW-FAT SHRIMP DISH
1 bottle no fat Italian dressing
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. salt-free seasoning
Pinch of sugar
1/3 c. skim milk (optional)
1 qt. peeled raw shrimp
1 sm. pkg. cooked shell or wagon wheel pasta
Butter-flavored Pam
1 c. chopped green onions
Spray a large coated skillet with Pam. Add first 6 ingredients. Simmer until bubbling. (Add milk if desired.) Add shrimp. Cook 10 minutes on low heat (bubbling). Add green onions and then cooked pasta. Heat for approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Serve.

5lbs!
I've lost 5 lbs! I had really gotten off track. I didnt even realize it. I would cheat here and there but it was becoming more and more often and I didnt even realize how much cheating I was doing. Sundays are my free day where I can eat whatever I want and I wasnt even looking forward to Sundays because I was cheating so much through the week.
So I have gone back to my old ways. I had to go back to writing down EVERYTHING I eat. I thought that I didnt need to because I knew what I could and couldn't eat and how much fat it was. Well, that's true BUT I was eating extra stuff. PLUS I went back to drinking coffee. I blame my friend Maria! lol She complained that no one would drink coffee with her. Well I just drink tea now in a covered mug and she thinks it's coffee LOL Sorry Maria, I love you! Also have been drinking 2 things of water a day that are 4cups of water each. So between that and the tea I should be really flushing my system.
I also had gotten off track with my exercising. I would make up excuses, "I got up too late," or "It's too hot." This week I exercised every week. And if I got up too late I would do it after work.
So I weighed myself yesterday and lost 5lbs!
I had been stuck between 5lbs, going up and going down. Well now I have blown that 5lbs away and am below it! According to my Biggest Loser scale I lost 9% body fat. YAY! GO ME!!!!
