Ok so due to lack of motivation or love of sleep...I haven't exercised much this last week. I've had to get to work for 6:45 so I havent exercised much :o( I know...bad me! I have been doing really well with my eating though! (except for those damn meatballs last night!)
Anyway...I gained .8lbs this week :o(
I will re-weigh tomorrow. I did get new motivation today though! I went to a workshop today with a friend and all day she told me how good I look. She even said she didn't recognize me because of the weight I've lost. So also told me a story of a girl she knows that lost 65lbs over the winter by running and doing Body for Life. So just now I went 15mins on my treadmill. I LOVE my exercise bike but I think my body may be use to it and plateauing. So my mini goal is to do the treadmill 2 times a week.
