Well I havent been weighing in because it hasnt been going nowhere and it's been depressing and frustrating! I havent quit though. I changed my eating shedule and started walking the treadmill instead of riding my bike. But I had lost 10lbs then I gained 3lbs then I lost 1.6 and it seemed to hold steady at that. So today...
I lost 2.2lbs! I am out of my plateau. So that's now a total of 10.8lbs.
I hope Im back on track now and Im ready to get the next 10 lbs off!
