My pants fit!

Saturday I was wearing a pair of jeans and I noticed I could pull them down without undoing them!

Today I tried on a pair of khakis that I bought from Old Navy last year. I probably bought them in October or November. When I bought them they were tight and I only wore them a couple times because I wasn't comfortable in them. I couldn't sit down and the thighs were really tight.

I jsut tried them on and they went right up and aren't uncomfortable! Yay! Im wearing them tomorrow!

Eating for Life

My good friend Nickey just got me this book and I LOVE it! It is the Body for Life recipe book. I have picked out 8 recipes and have made my grocery list of what I need. For the next 2 weeks I will be eating recipes from this book. I'm excited! I will take pictures and post my opinion of each recipe. I was trying to decide if I should make a new "Eating for Life" Blog then decided against it because who needs lots of blogs? This is weight loss related and that's what this blog is all about! So stay tuned!

I have one week left before my 12 weeks is up. Today I lost:

1.2 lbs!!


For a total of 12.4 lbs!

Plateau no more

Well I havent been weighing in because it hasnt been going nowhere and it's been depressing and frustrating! I havent quit though. I changed my eating shedule and started walking the treadmill instead of riding my bike. But I had lost 10lbs then I gained 3lbs then I lost 1.6 and it seemed to hold steady at that. So today...

I lost 2.2lbs! I am out of my plateau. So that's now a total of 10.8lbs.

I hope Im back on track now and Im ready to get the next 10 lbs off!

Transformation

At the end of 12 weeks with Body for Life you are suppose to see a transformation in your body. My friend at work keeps telling me she can really tell in my midsection but I just think yea whatever. I took pictures at the beginning, 4 weeks, and now at 8 weeks and I can see it! I can see the transformation!

Sundress in Mexico

December 3, 2010 will be Paul's and my 10 year anniversary! So we are going to go to Mexico! What a great incentive to lose weight! My goal is to lose 90lbs by December! That's 9 months. I think I can do it! And I want to wear a sundress when in Mexico. I have NEVER wore a sundress or even a dress unless it was to a funeral or wedding. So I want to wear something cute like this:


Unmotivated

Ok so due to lack of motivation or love of sleep...I haven't exercised much this last week. I've had to get to work for 6:45 so I havent exercised much :o( I know...bad me! I have been doing really well with my eating though! (except for those damn meatballs last night!)

Anyway...I gained .8lbs this week :o(

I will re-weigh tomorrow. I did get new motivation today though! I went to a workshop today with a friend and all day she told me how good I look. She even said she didn't recognize me because of the weight I've lost. So also told me a story of a girl she knows that lost 65lbs over the winter by running and doing Body for Life. So just now I went 15mins on my treadmill. I LOVE my exercise bike but I think my body may be use to it and plateauing. So my mini goal is to do the treadmill 2 times a week.

14 inches!

When I weighed in on Sunday I'd gained .6lbs but it's that special time of the month.

Last night I took my measurements. The last time I took my measurements was Feb 5.

I have lost 14 inches!

Wow I was so excited!
