I know I haven't updated in awhile, but there hasn't been much to tell. I didn't post a weigh in on Saturday because there was no change. I didn't lose anything but I didn't gain either. I was a little disappointed BUT I was on my period and that causes water gain so I am hoping I lost weight but with the water gain it counteracted it. I'm hoping there is a loss this weekend.
I was kinda bad with my exercising this week. I had to get up at 5:30 to go to work this week and I just couldn't drag myself out of bed some mornings to do it. But this morning, I promised myself I'd do it as soon as I got home and I did.
I just rode my bike 10.09km in 20mins. I started out 4 weeks ago doing 8.8km in 20mins so I've had some nice progress.
