First Compliment
Today I got my first compliment. The girls at work have made mention of my weightloss but they know I'm losing weight so it kinda isn't the same. Thursday night was the Spaghetti dinner at work. My friend's husband was there. Today she told me he said I look really good! Not hitting on me, just saying that he could tell. He said I looked like I'd lost weight and my friend said she didn't even tell him I have until after he said something. So that really makes me feel good! A nice little incentive to keep going!

Today marks 6 weeks! I'm half way there!!!! And I weighed myself today....

Week 4 Weigh in
I'm a little disappointed. I weighed myself today and I gained 1.2lbs. I'm hoping it's just muscle. On Body For Life they tell you that you may not lose pounds because you're gaining muscle but you will transform your body. So later I will take a picture and see if I can tell a difference in 4 weeks. I'm not giving up but just a little bummed :o(

Update
I know I haven't updated in awhile, but there hasn't been much to tell. I didn't post a weigh in on Saturday because there was no change. I didn't lose anything but I didn't gain either. I was a little disappointed BUT I was on my period and that causes water gain so I am hoping I lost weight but with the water gain it counteracted it. I'm hoping there is a loss this weekend.
I was kinda bad with my exercising this week. I had to get up at 5:30 to go to work this week and I just couldn't drag myself out of bed some mornings to do it. But this morning, I promised myself I'd do it as soon as I got home and I did.
I just rode my bike 10.09km in 20mins. I started out 4 weeks ago doing 8.8km in 20mins so I've had some nice progress.

Brown RIce
So I've been eating a lot of rice lately and I know brown rice is better than white, I've just been eating white. So I decided to get some brown rice. I really don't like the taste but I'm training myself. This is what I eat now.
